About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Career Advisor to support candidates in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will guide candidates through the recruitment process, explain suitable career opportunities, and maintain effective communication to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with candidates and understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Explain relevant job opportunities and career growth prospects.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and interview process.
• Coordinate with recruiters and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and next steps.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain candidate relationships.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or US staffing is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment, career counselling, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in a US shift and from the Ahmedabad office.
