Key Responsibilities
- Market IT consultant profiles to US recruiters, vendors, and clients.
- Source job requirements through LinkedIn, Dice, and other US job portals.
- Coordinate submissions, interviews, and recruiter follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with US staffing vendors.
- Achieve daily marketing and submission targets.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of US staffing and recruitment.
- Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with night shifts.
