About the Role
This role is responsible for performing quality control analysis and reviews on Model Risk Management's Governance, Process, and data quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the end-to-end MRM Framework.
- Identifying that activities were performed in accordance with program requirements.
- Reporting findings to senior management.
- Working across teams to educate and train teammates on common errors and best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Education: B.E./ B.Tech/ M.E./ M.Tech/MBA degree from reputed institutes.
- Foundational Skills:
- Ability to own and manage workload while meeting strict time adherence goals.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Proactive identification of improving testing effectiveness.
- Effective comprehension and listening skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positivity and adaptability to change.
- Desired Skills:
- Good financial knowledge.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and with attention to detail.
- Expertise in MS Office products such as Excel, Access, VBA, SQL.
