Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in Srinagar. The intern will assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and web, focusing on improving brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting content creation for social platforms.
• Monitoring campaign performance.
• Helping with basic web analytics and reporting.
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to coordinate online promotions.
• Tracking key metrics.
• Suggesting data-informed improvements.
• Staying updated on digital marketing trends.
• Contributing ideas to enhance outreach and audience growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social Media Marketing skills for content publishing, community engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
• Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and techniques.
• Effective Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to learn quickly, follow guidelines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with using common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with interest in campaign planning and execution.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems is an advantage.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
