About the Role
Ellora Carpets is looking for a confident, well-spoken candidate to join our team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads generated through social media campaigns.
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, chat, and voice calls.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Make outbound cold calls and manage customer leads.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Location
- Hyderabad (Work from office)
Working Hours
- 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Weekly Off
- One day per week
