About the Role

• Seeking a Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/f/d) for the civil commercial law department in Detmold.
• This role is to strengthen the team in civil commercial law, particularly in commercial and corporate law.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent advisory services for medium-sized companies, including teamwork with colleagues.
• Representation of clients in court and out-of-court negotiations.
• Independent review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Above-average legal qualifications, preferably evidenced by Prädikatsexamina.
• Preferably first knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enthusiasm for work and collegiality.
