About the Role

The Assistant Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Assistant Engineer supports senior engineers with planning, design, testing, and implementation of energy-related systems and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with technical drawings and specifications.
• Performing basic calculations.
• Preparing project documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitoring project progress.
• Supporting troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Ensuring work complies with safety standards and relevant regulations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, simulation or design software).
• Familiarity with MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in engineering principles.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or a related engineering discipline.
• Skills in technical documentation, report writing, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and contribute in a structured team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the energy sector.
• Prior internship or project experience in energy or manufacturing is an advantage.
