Role Overview
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team at Sector 132, Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle incoming property inquiries.
- Explain residential and commercial property projects to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate customer records.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and support lead conversion.
- Maintain lead details using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills.
- Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in real estate telecalling, inside sales, or property sales.
