About the Role
We are expanding our business outreach and looking for self-motivated, ambitious Remote Sales & Business Development Partners. In this role, your income is directly tied to your performance—there is no fixed salary ceiling, and you earn an uncapped commission on every deal you close.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective business clients and property partners across digital channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and direct outreach).
- Pitch our lead generation, marketing, and tech solutions to solve client acquisition challenges.
- Manage client conversations from initial pitch to follow-up and final deal closing.
- Maintain clean records of conversations and lead pipelines.
What We Look For
- Clear and confident communication skills in Hindi and English.
- A self-driven, disciplined approach to managing your own daily outreach.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven, high-incentive model.
- Prior experience in sales, real estate client acquisition, or B2B outreach is a bonus, but motivated freshers with strong closing instincts are welcome.
