About the Role

HDSG Associates Chartered Accountants is a consumer services and professional advisory firm based in New Delhi, India. This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India, for Chartered Accountants, Articled Assistants, and Semi-Qualified CAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Maintaining books of accounts.
• Using accounting software for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Assisting with audits.
• Assisting with tax filings.
• Assisting with compliance documentation.
• Assisting with financial analysis for clients.
• Collaborating with senior professionals.
• Supporting client meetings.
• Ensuring timely completion of assignments in line with regulatory requirements and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant qualification, Semi-Qualified CA, or enrollment in CA Articleship, as applicable to the position.
• Strong skills in Accounting and Finance, with a clear understanding of core principles and regulations.
• Skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Practical experience with Accounting Software and related tools.
• Bookkeeping skills, including ledger posting, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of supporting documentation.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professionalism in client interactions.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to regulatory changes, and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
