On the business side, we work on increasing revenue and sales; enhancing client retention, brand awareness, and lead generation; and expanding to new markets and products. On the business founder's side, we help them achieve their personal goals and dreams, as well as help them get out of daily fire-fighting and make out quality time for other aspects of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning and Sprint Management
• Follow the content sprint and ensure all planned content is executed on time.
• Prepare content calendars, track deadlines, and maintain a record of content status.
• Coordinate with the founder and team to ensure timely approvals and execution.
• Plan content for our community model, including educational content, activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Content Refinement and Execution
• Take the founder's ideas, notes, voice recordings, or rough drafts and turn them into clear, engaging content.
• Structure and refine content for formats such as posts, carousels, videos, newsletters, and community messages.
• Ensure the content follows our brand voice, messaging, and communication style.
• Make sure the final content is ready for publishing or production.
• Shoot and Production Coordination
• Plan and coordinate video shoots, including topics, scripts, schedules, and other requirements.
• Ensure all shoot-related content and resources are ready beforehand.
• Coordinate with the founder, designers, editors, and other team members.
• Community Content Management
• Help plan and execute content for our founder community.
• Coordinate educational sessions, weekly activities, prompts, and other content initiatives.
• Ensure the content follows the community's learning plan and sprint schedule.
• Keep content organised and ensure members receive the right content at the right time.
• Learn and Develop Content Creation Skills
• Learn content research, ideation, writing, scripting, and storytelling.
• Gradually start creating content independently instead of relying entirely on founder inputs.
