About the Role

CACTUS is a remote-first organization. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about how marketing works, enjoys creating content, and is excited to learn how B2B marketing campaigns are planned and executed for Paperpal. A portfolio is mandatory to apply for this internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt marketing collaterals (brochures, one-pagers, decks, battle cards, cheat sheets) for different regions, segments, and events.
• Support collateral requirements for conferences and third-party events.
• Assist with monthly newsletters, event-specific email campaigns, lead-generation campaigns, webinars, and event follow-ups.
• Track campaign performance and maintain reports across email and social media channels.
• Create and adapt creatives and copy for organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns.
• Support content scheduling and calendar management.
• Support communications for sales enablement updates and product webinars.
• Coordinate with resellers and partners to share updated marketing collaterals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in marketing, particularly B2B/digital marketing.
• Basic familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a knack for developing engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Nano Banana, with an understanding of their responsible use for marketing and content creation.

Qualifications

• Prior internship, project, or college experience in marketing/content/social media is a plus.
• Ability to take ownership of work with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver results independently.
• Maturity to choose between synchronous and asynchronous collaboration.
• Effectively collaborating with colleagues across different time zones.
• Documenting work to keep everyone on the same page.
• Keeping team members updated through your MS Teams status.
