Founder;s Office & Growth Intern

About the Role

PeakPals is building companies across fitness, technology, real estate, and consumer brands. This internship offers direct involvement with the founder in building, growing, and operating companies from the ground up. You will work across PeakPals, CreatorPal, and RealtyPal, with priorities shifting based on business needs. This role provides insight into how companies are built.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder on high-priority business and growth initiatives across PeakPals, CreatorPal, and RealtyPal.
• Drive traction through outbound, social media, creator partnerships, SEO, content, community, and other growth experiments.
• Assist in launching and growing new products, including acquiring the first 100 users and customers.
• Support fundraising, investor outreach, market research, competitive research, decks, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Own Founder’s Office tasks including operations, research, hiring, and other activities to advance the businesses.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High-agency, entrepreneurial, and proactive with the ability to problem-solve independently.
• Strong communication, research, writing, and execution skills.
• Genuine interest in startups, marketing, technology, and business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in startups, entrepreneurship, growth, sales, content, or Founder’s Office is a plus.
• Focus is on demonstrated ability rather than credentials.
