About the Role

3ev Industries Pvt Ltd operates in the electric vehicle (EV) sector, focusing on innovative, sustainable transportation solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electric vehicles and related systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform routine servicing.
• Replace or repair faulty components in batteries, motors, controllers, and wiring.
• Follow safety standards.
• Document service activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors or engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
• Interact with operations and customer support teams to ensure vehicles are reliable, safe, and meet performance expectations.
• Adhere to company procedures.
• Properly use tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Continuously learn about new EV technologies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Electric Vehicle Systems: Diagnose, service, and repair, including batteries, motors, wiring, and controllers.
• Basic Electrical and Mechanical Principles: Solid understanding.
• Safety Standards: Adherence required.
• Diagnostic Tools and Test Equipment: Proficient use.
• Technical Documents: Capability to read and interpret, such as wiring diagrams, service manuals, and work instructions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong.
• Attention to Detail: Required.
• Documentation: Ability to document work clearly and accurately.
• Computer Literacy: Basic, for maintaining service records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma, ITI, or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in EV, automotive, or industrial equipment maintenance is an advantage, including hands-on workshop or field work.
• Willingness to work on-site.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with EV or battery management systems is a plus.
