About the Role
Akshant Media Solution is expanding its sales team and is hiring 20+ Sales Representatives for Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This is an opportunity to build a career in Digital Marketing, Media & PR.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops, restaurants, cafés, salons, clinics, coaching institutes, and other businesses.
- Promote digital marketing, social media management, SEO, website development, and PR services.
- Generate business leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Build strong relationships with local business owners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Own Bike/Motorcycle and Valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
- Smartphone and willingness to travel within the assigned area are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi.
Compensation & Rewards
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.
- Additional sales commission and performance-based incentives.
- Monthly Sales Target: 25 successful client conversions.
- Performance rewards may include: Digital Watch, Android Smartphone, Chromebook.
- Approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed separately.
