About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site role for Chemical Engineers from premium colleges, based at Ester Industries’ facility in Nainital.
• The role involves designing, optimizing, and monitoring chemical processes to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting process calculations.
• Supervising plant operations.
• Collaborating with laboratory teams on testing and quality control.
• Supporting scale-up of new products or process improvements.
• Documenting technical findings.
• Preparing reports.
• Supporting troubleshooting of production issues.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, production, and quality assurance.
• Ensuring adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
• Contributing to continuous process and productivity enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering from a recognized premium institution.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret process data, solve technical problems, and support decision-making.
• Relevant Laboratory Skills for conducting experiments, maintaining lab safety, and validating process parameters.
• Exposure to the Chemical Industry, including understanding of industrial operations, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare technical documentation, and present findings clearly.
• Sound Process Engineering skills, including knowledge of unit operations, process design, optimization, and scale-up.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in an on-site industrial environment.
