This is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, to promote and explain the company’s pharmaceutical products and related benefits.
• Schedule and conduct sales calls.
• Present product information.
• Handle inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales performance.
• Monitor market trends.
• Gather feedback from customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate product availability and support.
• Build strong professional relationships.
• Meet sales targets.
• Represent Aculife Healthcare Private Ltd in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and effectively promote pharmaceutical products.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety information.
• Ability to learn and adhere to regulatory, ethical, and compliance requirements in pharmaceutical sales.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate call records and reports.
• Comfort with fieldwork and frequent travel within Varanasi and nearby areas.
• Preferred qualification: Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
