About the Role
The Field Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities in the field. * Working closely with the Head of Operations on daily operations across our kitchen, food trucks and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Doing regular field work, including visits to the kitchen, food truck locations, vendors and customer sites around Hyderabad.
- Supporting the sales team with lead follow-ups, corporate orders and customer coordination.
- Handling data entry, order tracking, inventory records and daily reports on Google Sheets.
- Helping with HR tasks such as hiring coordination, staff attendance and onboarding paperwork.
- Coordinating with chefs, kitchen staff, delivery partners and vendors to keep things running smoothly.
- Learning across all departments (operations, sales, HR and customer support) and taking on new tasks as the business grows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Candidates who are comfortable with field work and travelling around Hyderabad.
- Having own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi or Telugu.
- Candidates who are open to flexible working hours, including evenings, and are eager to learn in a fast-paced startup.
Salary
- Salary Range - Rs. 12000 to Rs. 18000
- Incentives & Allowances - upto Rs. 3000
