Trainers, Python Full Stack

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Python Full Stack Trainer based at Naresh i Technologies’ Hyderabad campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom-based training on Python, front-end technologies, back-end frameworks, databases, and related tools.
• Follow structured curricula and industry-aligned best practices.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Conduct interactive sessions, live coding demonstrations, and labs.
• Guide learners through assignments and real-time project work.
• Assess learner progress through tests, code reviews, and one-on-one feedback.
• Support exam preparation, interviews, and placements as needed.
• Update course content to reflect current industry trends.
• Participate in workshops and seminars.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve training quality and learner outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core concepts, OOP, modules, and standard libraries.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular or similar).
• Practical knowledge of back-end frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask or similar) and RESTful API development.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, queries, and integrations.
• Familiarity with full stack development workflows, version control (Git), and basic deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated teaching, mentoring, or coaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners at different levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a learner-centric approach and patience in handling queries.
• Ability to design structured course content, practical labs, and real-time project scenarios aligned with industry requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
