Campus Ambassador

About the Role

The Campus Ambassador role at Dream Mantra is an on-site student leadership position. You will act as the primary bridge between Dream Mantra and your campus, promoting neuroscience-based career guidance, brain mapping, skill mapping, and student development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create awareness about Dream Mantra’s career guidance, skill mapping, and training programs among student groups and peers.
• Organize and support on-campus information sessions, outreach events, and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics and engagement activities smoothly with the core Dream Mantra team in Jaipur.
• Drive genuine student inquiries, participation, and registrations for career assessment programs.

Selection Process & Program Structure

• Application: Submit your application through the official registration form.
• Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted through an initial interview and group discussion process.
• Training & Challenge: Selected trainees will participate in an exclusive one-month Campus Ambassador Challenge, focused on grassroots outreach and student engagement.
• Final Selection: Top-performing participants will be officially appointed as Campus Ambassadors upon completion of the challenge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage students and faculty effectively.
• Passion for networking, marketing, and peer-to-peer outreach.
• Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic mindset toward campus leadership and event management.
• Currently enrolled in or a graduate from a recognized institution (familiarity with the local education ecosystem in Jaipur is an advantage).
