About the Role
Tessolve is seeking motivated Post Silicon ATE Test Interns to join our teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to automated test equipment, test program development, and silicon characterization on semiconductor products, working alongside experienced test engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and debugging ATE test programs (e.g., Advantest V93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX, or similar).
- Support post-silicon bring-up, characterization, and validation activities.
- Collect, analyze, and report test data (yield, bin analysis, correlation).
- Help with load board and probe card/socket debug and setup.
- Write scripts in Python, Perl, or TCL to automate data analysis.
- Document results and present findings to the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Coursework in digital design, analog/mixed-signal, semiconductor devices, or VLSI.
- Basic understanding of test concepts (DC/AC parametrics, functional, scan).
- Familiarity with lab instruments (oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies, PLL).
- Scripting basics in Python, Perl, TCL, or Shell.
- ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate, or student graduating this year, with a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical /Electronics/VLSI.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Work authorization to work in the U.S.
