About the Role
This is a paid internship program at Marquis Companies, developed for individuals interested in pursuing a healthcare career. The program is designed to expose students to the field of senior services and post-acute care. The internship will last 10-12 weeks and provides hands-on experience across multiple talent-related departments, working on a dedicated project.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for the talent team
- Learn the full lifecycle of the recruiting process
- Assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions
- Assist with reviewing and updating job postings and position descriptions for accuracy and alignment with organizational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
When?
This internship is available during either the Winter or Spring term/semester. Dates can be adjusted upon request to meet university requirements.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in (or recently completed) a college/university degree program
- Interest in a career in healthcare and/or business operations
- Demonstrated strong relationship and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
