About the Role

Discover Websoft is seeking a Customer Support Executive for its Indore office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other online communication channels.
• Provide clear and timely information about company services, including website development and digital marketing.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Coordinate with developers, project managers, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their queries.
• Maintain customer records and interaction details in CRM or support tools.
• Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements in support processes.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong customer support and customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Ability to provide basic technical support and explain solutions clearly.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, ticketing tools, and standard office software.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer support or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing, or IT services is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Business, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
