About the Role
The Cleaning Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Simi Valley, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial spaces.
- Clean windows, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain supply inventories.
- Follow established checklists and safety protocols.
- Use cleaning equipment and products properly.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Interact with clients and team members, emphasizing punctuality, reliability, and courteous service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Commercial Cleaning for offices, retail spaces, and business facilities.
- Skills in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning for residential tasks and deep cleaning projects.
- Skills in Window Cleaning for streak-free glass surfaces.
- Skills in Carpet Cleaning for vacuuming, spot-treating, and maintaining carpeted areas.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment and supplies.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Simi Valley, CA.
Prior professional cleaning experience is beneficial but not required.
