About the Role
The Associate Product Analyst will support the development and optimization of Hatch Grid’s products by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform product decisions. This is a full-time remote role where the individual will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess user behavior, and recommend enhancements to product features and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating dashboards and reports.
- Validating hypotheses with data.
- Documenting product insights.
- Contributing to roadmaps through structured analysis.
- Monitoring product performance metrics.
- Supporting user research efforts.
- Clearly communicating findings to stakeholders in a concise and actionable format.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience with basic SQL or other query languages.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics.
- Business Analysis and Product Management skills.
- Clear and effective Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, Data Science, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- An interest in developing product analytics expertise.
