Entry-Level Attorney

About the Role

Khoury Law Group is seeking a motivated entry-level attorney to join our growing team. This position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience supporting our civil litigation, employment law, personal injury, and workers' compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cases from intake and pre-litigation through resolution
• Research legal issues and prepare case evaluations
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Help prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
• Attend court appearances and proceedings as assigned
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress and document requests
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate, timely billing entries
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases forward efficiently

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing deadlines
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and respond to feedback

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior attorney experience required
• Newly licensed California attorneys are encouraged to apply
• Prior law clerk, internship, or litigation-related experience is a plus

Pay

• Base salary plus bonuses
• Base salary based on experience and qualifications
• Performance-based bonus opportunity for exceeding productivity goals
