Role Title: Civil Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Team members work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to contribute to both design and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction work.
• Prepare and review civil engineering designs and drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and site teams.
• Support stormwater and drainage solutions where required.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Resolve technical issues.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Assist with material estimation and resource planning.
• Support adherence to local codes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to apply engineering principles to practical site conditions.
• Experience working on construction projects, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Skills in Planning and project scheduling, including resource allocation and monitoring project progress.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design.
• Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar).
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on-site.
• Relevant professional certifications or registration (where applicable) are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
