Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Infojini Inc. is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join their recruitment team in Thane, Maharashtra. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for open positions.

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, daily reports, and recruitment MIS.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
