We are seeking MBA-qualified professionals to challenge, evaluate, and improve advanced AI models on complex business questions. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background is needed, just deep business expertise and a rigorous analytical mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more.
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses, including financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales, to serve as training benchmarks for AI models.
• Audit AI Business Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards.
• Refine and Correct AI Thinking — Identify flawed reasoning, such as sunk cost errors, miscalculated WACC, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
• Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
• Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, capable of identifying formula errors, logical inconsistencies, and weak arguments.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
• No prior AI or tech experience required.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL.
• Experience writing case studies, executive reports, or business school curriculum.
