About the Role

The Business Associate role at Urban Money is a full-time remote position focused on supporting clients through their loan and mortgage journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements.
• Assisting in selecting suitable loan products.
• Coordinating with lending institutions to ensure smooth processing.
• Managing documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring timely follow-up on applications and approvals.
• Communicating regularly with clients to clarify terms, address queries, and provide status updates.
• Delivering professional and responsive customer service.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, support business growth initiatives, and uphold Urban Money’s standards of unbiased, high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, compare loan options, and interpret financial information.
• Foundational knowledge in Finance and Business to understand lending products, market trends, and organizational objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills to explain complex information clearly and build trust with clients and partners.
• Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive advisory experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or loan advisory is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software is an advantage.
