About the Role

The Associate role at HERO Food Products is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Madurai Area. This role supports daily production activities, including handling raw materials, operating basic equipment under guidance, and helping to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities.
• Handle raw materials.
• Operate basic equipment under guidance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with packaging and labeling.
• Assist with stock movement.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality checks.
• Meet production targets.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Report any issues in processes or equipment.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines in a manufacturing or food-processing environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene practices, food safety principles, and quality awareness, or willingness to learn on the job.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliability in attendance.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Capacity to work on-site, including standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical tasks.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude toward learning and taking feedback.
• Minimum educational background at the secondary level.
• Vocational training or certifications in food processing or manufacturing are beneficial.
• Prior experience in food production, packaging, warehousing, or a similar operational role is an advantage but not mandatory.
