About the Role

As a Project Consultant within EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) WKFA team, you will contribute to building a better working world by helping clients strategically align their people agenda with broader business goals. You will focus on placing the human element at the center of transformation journeys, enabling organizations to drive sustainable change through their workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence:
• Manage projects end-to-end: planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain delivery quality.
• Apply structured project management practices for consistent execution and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
• Experience:
• Business Analysis: 3+ years.
• Project Management: 6+ years.
