About the Role
ANP Consulting & Talent Solutions LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. This role offers a career path in recruitment with the potential for full-time conversion after 6 months, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Work closely with the team on end-to-end recruitment.
- Learn recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and talent management.
Qualifications
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
