Full stack developer

About the Role

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications, encompassing both front-end and back-end components. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implementing user interfaces.
• Building and integrating APIs.
• Managing data models.
• Optimizing application performance and security.
• Troubleshooting issues.
• Performing code reviews.
• Contributing to improvements in architecture, deployment pipelines, and development standards.
• Engaging in in-person collaboration, project planning, and reviews.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue
• Back-end languages/frameworks: Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar
• Experience with RESTful APIs or other integration patterns
• Databases: SQL and/or NoSQL
• Data modeling and query optimization
• Version control systems (e.g., Git)
• CI/CD practices
• Development tools for testing, debugging, and deployment
• Software architecture principles
• Application performance optimization
• Secure coding practices

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies.
• Experience building responsive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with back-end development.
• Basic understanding of data security and integrity.
• Knowledge of common development tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to document code and technical decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in full stack or web application development is highly beneficial.
