About the Role

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Tamil translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues
- Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Native or near-native fluency in Tamil
- Strong written communication skills in Tamil
- Solid command of contemporary Tamil usage across different contexts and registers
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a variety of topics
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI tools or language evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional Tamil variations — Sri Lankan Tamil, Indian regional dialects, or otherwise
- Background in communications, education, journalism, or content review
