About the Role

EY is seeking consultants for its cyber security team to work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for global customers. The professional will be responsible for reporting identified risks and sharing issues and updates with leadership in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to architect IGA solutions using Saviynt.
• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, and client management.
• Experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Engineer, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA tool.
• Develop and build new application integration, account and entitlement connectors.
• Perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform.
• Experience in the development phase for Saviynt components: Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Segregation of Duties.
• Good knowledge in configuring workflows in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Good knowledge of configuring birthright rules for user onboarding workflows.
• Involved in the creation of XML jobs in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Experience in the implementation process, build and deployment in Saviynt.
• Report any identified risks within engagements.
• Share issues and updates with leadership/management on a timely basis.
• Confirm work is of the highest quality as per EY's quality standards and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.
• Help create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members, and assist them in their development.
• Contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements.
• Contribute towards implementation and adoption of secrets management.
• Contribute towards management of machine identities.
• Contribute towards definition of access policies that meet needs and align with the overall IAM Program.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
