The Cyber Security team is looking for consultants to work on various Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for our customers across the globe. As a member of the IAM team, this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with the overall IAM Program.

The professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis. As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to architect IGA solutions using Saviynt.
• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, client management.
• Engineer, develop and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA tool.
• Develop and Build new application Integration, Account and Entitlement Connectors and perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform.
• Report any identified risks within engagements.
• Share issues and updates with leadership/management on a timely basis.
• Confirm that work is of the highest quality as per EY’s quality standards and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.
• Help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects. This must include activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and application support.
• Experience in development phase for Saviynt components - Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity analytics, Segregation of Duties.
• Experience in implementation process, built and deployment in Saviynt process.
• Good knowledge in the configuring of workflows in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Good knowledge of configuring birthright rules for the user onboarding workflows.
• Have involved in creation of XML jobs in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries.

Qualifications

• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
