About the Role

SkyLinEsport is a free esports platform for India’s competitive gaming community, offering tournaments with no entry fees or barriers. The platform provides a stage for grassroots and emerging players to compete, showcase skills, and grow through accessible, structured competitions. Key features include tournament registration, detailed player profiles with stats and badges, teammate discovery, and a points-based rewards system.

Role Description

The Campus Ambassador role is part-time and fully remote. This role involves promoting SkyLinEsport across college campuses and local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize on-ground activities, info sessions, and gaming events to drive app downloads and tournament participation.
• Engage with student groups, esports clubs, and campus organizations.
• Share platform updates.
• Collect feedback from players to help improve the product and community experience.
• Create and execute localized marketing initiatives.
• Represent SkyLinEsport at relevant campus events.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with central marketing and community teams to report on performance, share insights, and support growth campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and Presentation skills: Ability to speak confidently to groups and clearly explain platform benefits.
• Marketing skills: Basic understanding of promotional campaigns, social media outreach, and event-driven engagement.
• Networking skills: Ability to build relationships with students, campus clubs, and local gaming communities.
• Sales-related skills: Persuading peers to register, participate in tournaments, and remain active on the platform.
• Basic familiarity with BGMI, Free Fire, or similar competitive titles.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in esports and gaming.
• Prior campus leadership or event management experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college or university in Bengaluru is preferred.
