About the Role
This is an on-site Social Media Manager internship role based in Mumbai. The role supports the planning and execution of social media calendars, ensuring content aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of social media calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Draft posts and captions.
- Curate visual content with the creative team.
- Optimize posts for reach and engagement.
- Monitor comments and messages to maintain active community engagement.
- Track basic performance metrics.
- Assist in developing content ideas for fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle clients.
- Coordinate with the PR and influencer teams to amplify campaigns on social channels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong Communication and Writing skills.
- Skills in Content Strategy.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or Reels) and current digital trends.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creativity.
- Interest in fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle brands.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
- Ability to collaborate within a small team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant academic background or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
