Job Title: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
About the Role
We are hiring fresh graduates to support healthcare revenue cycle operations. The role involves communicating with insurance payers, resolving claim-related queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with process guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls related to healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Communicate with insurance payers to resolve claim-related queries.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Eligibility and Benefits Verification (EVBV), and Authorization processes.
- Update and maintain accurate information in internal systems.
- Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Meet daily productivity, performance, and accuracy targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Night shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- Work Schedule: 5 days work from office, Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.
- Transportation: Cab facility for pick and drop available within 40 km from the office location.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates from Commerce and Science streams only.
- Postgraduates, diploma holders, and Life Science graduates are not eligible.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to healthcare processes.
- Flexibility to work in a fixed night shift.
