About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread website content (landing pages, blog posts, service descriptions).
- Develop engaging content for property listings and marketing materials.
- Research real estate trends, market insights, and industry news for content opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support brand strategy.
- Optimize web content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords.
- Ensure all written materials are accurate, clear, well-structured, and consistent with company tone and objectives.
- Translate complex real estate topics into informative, easy-to-understand content.
- Manage multiple writing projects independently and meet deadlines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Web Content Writer experience or similar writing role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and develop accurate, engaging content.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a broad audience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
