About the Role
Love's Travel Stops is seeking Retail Cashiers for part-time positions. Cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, providing fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers. Flexibility and teamwork are important.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general customer service duties, including assisting customers with item location, answering product/service questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Utilize various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety for fresh food and deli products.
- Maintain cleanliness of the direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and perform trash runs.
- Cross-train in other departments, including Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Flexibility and teamwork skills are important.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training will be provided.
