Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Staging:
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming furniture shipments.
- Assemble, inspect, and detail furniture pieces to meet quality standards.
- Perform minor cosmetic touch-ups, hardware adjustments, and repackaging.
- Operate warehouse machinery: forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and hand carts.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and digital barcode scanning.
Customer Order Fulfillment:
- Wrap and load customer purchases into vehicles, providing professional customer service.
- Stage and verify scheduled orders for home delivery drivers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor, customer pickup desk, and storage racking.
- Accurately maintain receiving logs, delivery manifests, and safety checklists.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Physical capability to safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver furniture weighing up to 100 lbs.
- High attention to detail for inventory accuracy, product finish, and paperwork completion.
- Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
- Strict adherence to workplace safety standards, equipment protocols, and personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, material handling, or furniture assembly is preferred.
- Training is provided.
