About the Role
Winning SZN partners with charitable organizations to increase awareness, build community support, and connect causes with potential donors. We are hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee for a full-time, in-person opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role involves representing nonprofit and charitable campaigns inside retail locations, engaging directly with the public, and educating community members about supported causes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations inside retail partner locations
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Educate the public about current charitable campaigns, programs, and initiatives
- Help generate awareness and donor support for the organizations we represent
- Build positive relationships with customers, retail partners, teammates, and clients
- Work toward individual and team fundraising and outreach goals
- Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing each campaign
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals
- Interest in nonprofit work, community outreach, fundraising, or professional development
- Reliable and able to work an in-person schedule in the Atlanta area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, fundraising, sales, hospitality, or leadership is helpful but not required.
