About the Role
Talent/Influencer Management Interns will support the influencer marketing and talent management teams in day-to-day operations. This full-time, on-site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region includes identifying and researching potential influencers, maintaining databases and contact lists, and coordinating outreach and follow-ups. Interns will assist in managing ongoing collaborations, including communication with influencers, tracking deliverables, and ensuring campaign timelines are met. The role also involves helping draft briefs, monitoring social media campaigns, compiling performance reports, and supporting event or shoot coordination as required. Interns will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and professional representation of the agency’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and researching potential influencers.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and creator ecosystems will be beneficial.
- Comfort using spreadsheets or dashboards to track campaign metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills.
- Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills.
- Sales-related skills, including negotiation and relationship-building.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
