Relationship Associate

About the Role

• Contract, on-site position based in Moga.
• Support and strengthen relationships with investors, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide timely information on mutual fund products, processes, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer queries and service requests.
• Assist with transaction processing and documentation.
• Ensure accurate communication of scheme features, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Gather feedback from clients.
• Contribute to local marketing or investor education activities.

• Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills.
• Analytical Skills.
• Clear and professional Communication skills.
• Proven Customer Service skills.
• Understanding of mutual funds and basic investment concepts.
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-focused financial services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interactions on-site.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in financial services, mutual funds, or banking is an advantage.
