About the Role

Front Page Agency (FPA) is expanding and seeking motivated individuals for Sales Representative roles. This full-time, in-person position is within the Telecommunications and Sales industry, focusing on Customer Acquisition. FPA supports major telecommunications services like Spectrum and Cox.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers in retail and event-based environments. Your role will involve introducing telecommunications services, identifying customer needs, and helping them select appropriate solutions. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and wish to develop business and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Present and explain internet and telecommunications products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment and acquisition process.
• Build positive customer relationships while representing telecommunications partners professionally.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development sessions.
• Develop communication, negotiation, customer service, and leadership skills.
