About the Role
The Core Banking Support_Flexcube role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves providing day-to-day support for the Flexcube core banking system, including monitoring system performance, resolving operational issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of banking processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day support for the Flexcube core banking system.

- Coordinating with internal teams and technology partners.
- Assisting with system upgrades, testing, and patches.
- Maintaining data integrity.
- Supporting regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Contributing to process improvements for core banking operations.
- Collaborating with branch staff and functional teams to address service requests and enhance customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Technical and Functional knowledge in Loan Management systems (Term Loan, Corporate Loan, and Over Draft).
- Relevant experience with Flexcube or other core banking platforms, including system support, troubleshooting, and testing, is highly beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Credit skills to understand core banking operations, products, and risk considerations.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to support internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of system-related issues.
- Foundational knowledge of Insurance and related financial services to support integrated banking products, if required.
- A degree in finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with familiarity with banking regulations and compliance, will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
