Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Present products and services effectively to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enhance customer experience and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Experience in International Sales / International Voice Process / Customer Service will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong customer-focused approach.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Candidate Preferences

• Local candidates from Ahmedabad and nearby areas will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working full-time, on-site at Bopal, Ahmedabad.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support USA & UK markets.
