Marketing Intern

About the Role

At OFFCOMFRT, we're building more than a clothing brand. We're building a culture around comfort, individuality, and self-expression. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern who understands social media, creator culture, and the power of authentic connections. Someone who can identify the right people, build relationships, and help take OFFCOMFRT to new audiences.

What You'll Work On

• Discover and research creators, influencers, and emerging voices who align with OFFCOMFRT.
• Manage influencer outreach, communication, negotiations, and collaborations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and content partners.
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting campaigns, and paid collaborations.
• Track influencer campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Stay updated on Instagram trends, creator-led content, and emerging communities.
• Brainstorm creative influencer campaigns and unconventional brand partnerships.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who genuinely understands Instagram, creators, and digital culture.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• A good eye for content, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
• An interest in fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, and emerging brands.
• Previous experience is a plus, but curiosity and initiative matter more.
